eRoom

A multinational client in the service industry has been using eFacility's Document Management module as an eRoom for a number of years to:

  • Manage electronic documents for more than 700 facilities in several divisions
  • Provide rapid and easy access to all documents
  • Store electonic copies of each facility's environmental reports such as Phase I, II and III reports
  • Monitor the production of new environmental audit reports required for decision making

  • For divestments
  • Allow potential purchasers (lawyers, developers) to view the documents for just the facilities in a given divestment portfolio

  • For acquisitions
  • Allow corporate officers and lawyers to access and review the acquisition documents as they are produced
